got a nice bag of 12.5 lbs for 2nd place. Belmont had the best day and the worst day losing a
trollong motor early and still managing 3rd place and big bass for the day. Congrats gentlemen

After some scorching days the heat let a little cool front blow in and bring down the Bass at
Shelbyville. Only the Magnificent DUO of Doc and JB could tame the lake whipping black
buzzbaits to earn the title which destroyed the rest of the field. JB lost a buzzbait for each
keeper pretty much landing 5 keepers and losing 3 buzzbaits. This amounted to 11.5 lbs
or about 4 lbs per buzzbait. Casey and Andy give it a good show with 2 bass at 4.3 lbs and
the bigbass of the day @ 3 lbs even. Mike and Jeremy keep up the good work landing 2
keepers and third place with 4.0 lbs
10 boats 15 bass for a total of 28.12 lbs

Details:
Mark Twain was a little tough to tame this year around 11am Weasel hated that dam lake but
twenty minutes and 2 fish later he loves this dam lake go figure. That pretty much tells the
tale of who won Twain but our 2007 champions managed a 2nd place finish with 3 Twain
bass and Casey and Andy got a check placing 3rd with 2 good bass. The Big Bass went to
the team that early in the day hated the dam lake. YUP Dan and Weasel got the gold and the
big bass of the Tournament that checked in at 4.7 lbs. Great job gentlemen.
That was the season finale and the final results are posted.

Another year here and gone.
Of the 8 tournaments we had 6 different winners through the year. Obviously we have a
great competitive club. Congrats to all the Tournement winners and top finishers for each
and every event. The Classic again brought the cream of the crop to the top again handing
Dan the Man and Dale the Dude the Classic Championship which they controled from day 1.
As lots of teams blasted through 4 foot roolers to get to a spot Dan and Weasel could have
swam to their spot. I tip my hat to these guys just staying local and just figuering it out.
AWESOME!!! True champions! Curtis and Belmont had pretty much the same idea and tipped
the scales for a second place finish. Chris and Phil like many guys road tripped to a
confidence spot and it paid off with a nice third place finish. Day 1 Mark and Brian picked
up the Big Fish of the year at 5.5lbs. Nice fish gentlemen.
Well for now have a great winter and dont winterize them boats. Keep fishin and ENJOY.
